Lees experiment update

I am doing this in conjunction with 121813-B. I will age both of these but I will let the A batch sit longer on the lees, up to 6 months in primary before racking. I am using K1 Lalvin yeast for both and both are Buaghers pressed juice even though they are showing a different SG. This one is 7.6%. Batch B will be racked when primary slows down and then once more when its settled. I will age both 8 to 12 months and then do a taste profile.
